Fostering Wishes Foundation partners with DFS and Delaware Office of the Child Advocate statewide to grant wishes to the kids in their care.
Abused and neglected children are separated from their family, siblings and friends, belongings shoved in a garbage bag and moved to a stranger's home or group home through no fault of their own.
Fostering Wishes Foundation provides the kids with everything they need, while in care and when aging out at 18, by providing comfort, hygiene, clothing, sports equipment, field trips, books, hobby support, suitcases and duffle bags, prom experiences and even household goods for their first independent living situation.
The wishes are theirs to make birthdays, holidays and special days and everyday more special. All youth deserve to experience the magic of childhood.
